What do I get by signing up?

Signing up is free. You’ll receive your early-bird invitation and the latest Kickstarter launch updates by email.

Does signing up mean I’ve placed an order?

No. Signing up is free and doesn’t place an order or commit you to a purchase. You can decide whether to back Holopod when our Kickstarter campaign launches.

Do I need a paid subscription to use Holopod?

No. A paid subscription isn’t required. Free credits are included each month for basic AI conversations and character creation. If you’d like to use more, you can choose to buy extra credits.

How does Holopod protect my privacy?

Holopod uses radar to sense your presence and position. It has no camera and doesn’t capture images or video of you.

The microphone only listens during voice conversations you start and stops when they end. Characters can’t turn it on themselves.

You can keep your creations private and delete saved memories at any time.

When will Holopod launch and ship?

We plan to launch on Kickstarter in late November 2026, with shipping expected to begin in Q1 2027. We’ll share launch and shipping updates by email.

Do you ship worldwide? Are shipping and taxes included?

We plan to ship worldwide, subject to local shipping restrictions. Shipping fees and applicable taxes are not included in the product price and will be calculated based on your destination.
